Purchased Antivirus 3-computer license but no email confirmation

    Hi,

    I recently purchased a 3-computer license (without backup disc) of NOD32 AV 5 from the Australian eset purchase website but so far have not received any confirmation email about my purchase let alone the activation keys, even though my credit card had already been charged.

    How long will I have to wait until I received the confirmation email?

    It takes them a bit. I renewed my license 2 days ago and they have not updated my expiration date yet. It probably won't happen over a weekend either. Probably have to give them until Monday before getting too concerned about it.

    It's been the problem was I overlooked my spam folders :/

    Just didn't think it would get redirected that's all.
