    hello

Might be a stupid question, but how do I get Spywareblaster 4.1 to ask for a username and password for proxy authentication when doing the manual update?

    Thanks for the support :)

    Hi,

At the moment, SpywareBlaster doesn't explicitly support proxies that require a username and password.

You could try setting Update > Options to "Use the system connection/proxy settings.", which just uses the default proxy settings configured in Internet Explorer. However this may not solve your issue.

If you can't get it working through the proxy, and you can't bypass the proxy for SpywareBlaster updates, you can try the following instructions to manually download the updates through your web browser:

Thanks for the support :) I'll try using the manual updates then.
