program wont renew

Hi just bought a renewal and my program isn't renewing. I bought a 3 machine license and the other two machines renewed just fine. My virus database is up to date and I am able to download another copy of ESAT SS but I'd like to fix this install. Any advice?

edit fixed problem. I went to "help" in the program options window (up at the top, far right side, not the one at the bottom left) and clicked one the "Verify license validity" button. A small window opened and displayed the correct expiration date. So voila...mark this one as solved
