Is there a program that can analyze the registry and show what program a key belongs to? I like to remove leftover registry files, but there are many that I can't tell what they belong to. And please don't tell me that there is no benefit to doing this, or that it could wreck my computer, etc.

No, to put it simply it is impossible - there is absolutely no way to do this.

Revo Uninstaller has a tool that cleans up leftovers when you uninstall something, if that's your goal. But it can't analyze random keys in the registry to see what they belong to.
