Have a pc that seems to connect to a some Chinese ip addresses on startup and regular intervals. Are there any programs that can log what program\service that tries to connect?

Have tried netstat -b 5 > activity.txt, but anything that ckecks on startup etc.?

Probably not quite what you want but I use Nirsoft's tiny (no install)
Curr Ports to see immediately what's connecting and then include a Block\Deny in my FW to either the single IP address or the range of.

It does have a LOG but, under the FILE button,
Log changes, Open Log file, Clear Log file.
