    Did you setup ?
    For MN
This button loads/generates settings best suited for average Microsoft Networks workstation/server.

    For home
This Button loads/generates settings best suited for average standalone computer with no need for Microsoft Networks.

    For VPN
This Button loads/generates settings best suited for average standalone computer which via VPN acts as Microsoft Networks workstation.

Click Status button to check netbios ports closed.

Nice program for hardening a standalone rig,but not for LAN,to follow their suggestion brings actually your network to stop functioning. o_O

I believe it's already built-in to the networking properties. I'm doing this from memory since I'm on a Vista machine right now.

    Open your network connection
    Select TCP/IP
    Click Properties
    Click Advanced
    Select WINS tab
    At the bottom, disable NetBIOS
    Click OK
    etc.

You'll need to do this for each network connection.

Just go to Settings-Network Connections-right click on your active connection-left click Properties -uninstall any connections not required.
Any connections that dont show up arent installed,

I use this program and it's fine. It also doesn't need to be installed.

I usually disable NetBIOS manually like InfinityAz suggested.
