Program like SpywareBlaster?

    I am trialing Gdata 2010 and had to uninstall SB. Is there another product similar to SB out there- just does what SN does without a lot of bells and whistles?

    Spybot S & D has an immunization feature.
    But it's probably not as minimalistic as you want.

    IOBIT has clone features Spyware blaster in their Advance System Care Free.

    It's a beta but worth mentioning...
    IObit Security 360 has a tool -"Passive Defense" which looks similar.
    It has Website,ActiveX, and cookie protection for IE.
