Program for applying survey weights

    Let's say on a survey, that I want to weight more heavily to certain genders, age groups, and geographic regions, and also want to be able to entirely omit entire responses based on one particular answer. What program would be best suited for doing this, and also, how I would I use the program once I download it (or if I already have such a program)? Any help would be appreciated.
