Product version not reporting correctly in ESET Console

    I've upgraded a client from 4.0.467 to 4.0.474 yesterday and even though the client is reporting into ERAS just fine, the Product Version column is reporting incorrectly.

    Have you gone to the Client and confirmed that it actually upgraded? Maybe the upgrade failed and the Client is still on v4.0.467?

    You would be correct.

    The console is reporting "No upgrade for this client" is 4.0.467 not upgradeable to 4.0.474?

    It should be possible but why not try to update to the latest 4.2.xx instead?

    Sounds like you are using ERAS 4.0.122 which has the "Upgrade Client" option. If I remember correctly, you can only use the Upgrade Client on 4.2.x clients. For 4.0.x you have to use the Push Installation.

    Looks like you probably figured that out...
