Product key missing

I found in the November issue of the italian magazine Computer Magazine
a CD with the full version of Trueimage PE 8.0. Unfortunately, when I
try to install it I get a request to insert the product key but I cannot find it anywhere and there is no web link to get it from Acronis, as with other Acronis softwares on magazine CDs.
I can I solve this?? Any suggestion?

Have you phoned the magazine enquiry number? Since they distributed the CD they should also know how you get the key.

Actually, we do not distribute the full versions of Acronis products with magazines. Thus I believe that it was the so-called personal version.

Please be aware that the procedure of obtaining the serial number is as follows:

1. The link for the registration form is provided in the magazine.

2. Customer follows the link, fills the registration form and a confirmation link is sent to him/her via e-mail.

3. He/she clicks on the link and a serial number is sent to him/her.

Please follow the steps described above in order to obtain the serial number for your copy of Acronis True Image 8.0 Personal.

Please also note that the personal versions have limited functionality, therefore I recommend you to visit Acronis online store to purchase the upgrade to the full version of Acronis True Image 9.0.
