procguard.exe went for a spin then crashed

Using 3.100 full version looking for the DCS phone number), went to About then clicked on Website

A firefox window moved to the foreground then procguard started using 100% CPU.

I had a look with process explorer and the process had a single thread with only a numberic start address (no symbols) but before I could get a response to get a thread stack the process had died

Now that i have restarted it the process looks a bit different, its got 2 threads with offsets from the procguard.exe executable...

Its not like I am going to use this function to get to the website very often, but any ideas ?
