Sooflymami is having problems with her new Iphone, the wifi says its strong but it then says disconnected even though the phone says there is still a connection to the wifi signal, web pages and pictures are not loading properly either, her laptop was tested and it has good wifi signal, the work wifi she uses at work for her phone is working fine, no problems just the house one. We don't know about any other locations yet. What does this problem sound like its related to? Do you think this is the router or the phone or a combination of the two. This happens from time to time every day repeatedly.

If the notebook is working from the same location, that is, from the same distance and behind the same number of walls, floors, and ceilings, then I would suspect the phone. You can try rotating the phone and/or the WAP (wireless access point - in this case, integrated with the router) to change the antenna orientation.
