Sooflymami's replacement Iphone is having problems with push notifications and pictures not loading properly. She went into push notification settings and everything is enabled. The problem with that is that she doesn't get them all the time but she used to on her previous phones. Her mom told her she can't get another replacement since its extra for shipping and stuff. Is there any way she can fix this problem? When she is not on wifi mode but using 4G she wasn't getting notifications for kick messenger. Also does this sound like a software issue or device? When she gets a notification the sound doesn't always play even though its enabled. Does this seem like a glitch? Is there any way she can fix it? It shouldn't be the device?

The iOS7 is causing alot of issues for developers. Id look into specific issues with iOS7 and the apps they are having issues with.

Instagram's photos from the app are not loading properly and she can't see the pictures and it keeps loading constantly, from the browser it works OK, same with Firefox on the PC it loads up OK with the pictures. When loading the instagram app it seems to affect the WIFI signal.

Long time ago I had an iPhone 4.

Did she try to restore her device on iTunes? That did the trick for me when I had a problem with Whatsapp (notifications wouldn't show up).

Yes we did do a restore and it fixed some but the notifications seem to be working at the moment but the sounds and vibrations are low and we don't know how to get them back to high or normal.
