Problems removing trojan

I got a message on ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 saying:

Threat found
Alert

Object:
C:\WINDOWS\system,32\drivers\NetBT.sys

Threat:
Win32/Patched. EQ trojan

Comment:
Event occurred on a modified file.

Clean (I can't click it) Delete(When i click it another alert comes up saying i can't remove it) No action (when i click it, the same alert pops up again.



I ran a scan with Nod32 antivirus 4 and found nothing. I also ran malwarebytes Anti-malware. It found nothing also. In Nod32 Antivirus 4 the number of blocked attacks is at 151. It increases when i press delete or No action on the alert message. How can i remove this?

 

tried to boot in safe mode and scan from there?
