Problems paying for True Image

Recently I downloaded Acronis True Image Trial. When I tried to
purchase the full version from the Acronis website, they did not
seem to be able to validate my credit card details. I got the following error:

We're Sorry. We are unable to verify your credit card information,
please use alternative payment option if available.
(Error Number: 30024901 - 0)

Unfortunately Acronis support has not replied to my mail on this subject.

I'd like to continue using the product. Can someone advise how I can pay for it and obtain the registration codes?
