Hello, I think this is my first post here, but I need some help.

I have just installed NOD32 V4 on a server set aside for it. I have deployed it to one client (for testing).

The client install appeared to go just fine.

When I do an update I get "Update information is not consistent." and the update fails. I did check the server it does appear to be updating and does have a newer DB than the client. I have rebooted the client, but I am not really sure where to go from here. Under remote admin server, on the client, it does have that it is to connect to our server. The server does see the client. Where do I go from here?

    Matt

    Hello,

On the workstation do the following...
    1. Open the ESET NOD32 Antivirus
    2. Push F5 for the Setup window
    3. Click on Update

Did you specify your server as the update server?

    ex. http://servername:2221

    :D

Apparently it was the Port. I called support and they had me try a different port. Once I did that it worked just fine.
