Problems after upgrade to version .127

Hello,

the last version doesn't behave well for us.

We have a statystical package, SAS 9.2, and till now it and webroot worked peacefully together.

After the last update:

- if webroot is running the program sas92.exe doesn't start, saying that we have not permissions enough to access his files

- if I close webroot protection the program starts without problems. Reopening protection doesn't interfere and the program stays open (and allowed in firewall) but this solution is not optimal

Reinstall doesn't fix the thing, I already tried that.

An update:

Contacted Webroot support and gave them some logs.

Problem should be solved after an update of Webroot this weekend.

Webroot support solved the problem centrally, just verified.

Good work indeed, money well spent compared to (non existent) customer support i found with other companies.
