    Hi,
I'm trying to help a friend. He just installed Eset Smart Security Trial and since then he could not use his computer to access the internet with wifi in his college.
He has changed Eset to allow sharing, but it doesn't work.
    What should he do ?

    Btw,
My other friend has his computer infected by a kind of malware (tmpa.exe, tmpb.exe, tmpc.exe, tmpd.exe, ert520382.exe, ert520418.exe, ert520473.exe). He has Eset Smart Security installed but didn't detect them at all. The malware will go to a website called "Antivirus 2009".

I scan his harddrive with my NIS 2009, and they detect & clean them.
Just to let Eset aware of this problem. Thanks.

    Hello Serville,

Switch to interactive mode by doing the following:

    1. Open the main program window by clicking Start -> All Programs -> ESET -> ESET Smart Security.

    2. Press the F5 key to open the Advanced Setup window.

    3. From the Advanced Setup tree on the left, click Personal firewall, and then select Interactive mode from the Filtering mode drop-down menu.

    Thank you,
    Richard
