problem with scanning

I had the free trial of nod32 for months and decided, since I couldn't clean the viruses it found, to register. I paid, it was successful, I have a name and password, and yet when I go to "scan & clean" and it finds a virus and the box comes up with the options of what to do with it, I only have one option!

"Leave". That's it. So I am no better off than I was when I had the free trial. I paid a lot to register for the full product...pleaaase, someone tell me how to fix that.
