Problem with MSE Beta

    Hello,

    I installed MSE beta recently and each time I turn on my laptop (Windows 7 64 bit) the real Time protection is turned off, and i need to turn it on again.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I would suggest contacting Microsoft and the describe the issue to them. They'll probably have a fix for it eventually. In the meantime, you can revert back to a stable version of MSE.

    For me upon boot the stable version's RTP comes up after about 5 seconds.
    In the beta version, it takes about 20 seconds. Since I have set the MSE icon to always display in the notification area, these are the times MSE takes in going from red to green.
