Problem with macrium reflect under windows XP

I'd like to know if anyone knows the Macrium Reflect software when I use it on a computer with WINDOWS XP, it does not work if I use it on windows7 it run well,when I start a backup it start and at 3% back up it stop whith a message it speaks to me there is a cyclic redundancy, as if I was trying to back up my C: on the partition C: , and when I try to back with the recue disk ​​it can not find the partition C: and it just find the partition of my external disk.

Macrium works well with windows 7
