    Dear Oleg,

we are running Debian Lenny with kernel 2.6.26-2 and got similar problems compiling the snapapi-module. Would you please supply us with the latest version of this module (snapapi26-0.7.41?)?

    Thank you in advance.

We created the appropriate article in open KB, and the updated SnapAPI module is available here

Also, if you have a 64 Bit Debian System, please see this article, it can be useful for you.

    Thank you.

    Hello debianito,

Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis True Image (build # 8357). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

If this doesn't help, could you please obtain Linux System Report and attach to your next post?

    Thank you.

    Hello debianito,

Thank you for the provided information.

You have build # 9.1.3530, that is considered to be an outdated version. Could you please let me know via PM the e-mail address under which you have registered the license?

    Thank you.
