Problem with Ewido full time scanning ...

    Guys, after installing Ewido into my sister's PC, I ran a full time scan. Everything was going fine for like 15 minutes and it just all of a sudden shut off. The scanning window closed and resident protection was off. What happened and what can I do to fix it ?
