Problem with Custom scan

    Today I noticed that if I want to scan my computer but i don't want to scan one folder because it is full of jar files (Adobe) when custom scan start appears to me windows with error and eset icon disappears and if i start eset again it immediately begins scanning. Here are some pictures below

    Sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing any issues related to your original request?

    If so, I'd recommend the following:

    1) Uninstall the current version of ESET security software by following these instructions.

    2) Download a fresh installer from our website.

    3) Reinstall.

    See if this makes a difference.
