Problem with CTM 2.8.155286.178

Three days ago I used the download link at the Comodo forums and installed CTM version 2.8.155286.178, replacing version 2.6.136.262.166 which had been working perfectly for me.

Within a few hours, I began to get a random BSOD from websites which had never before been problematic.
Among them;
Beta News/Fileforum.
Dell.com/outlet.
hotdeals.org
bloomberg.com

I find nothing posted regarding this problem at the Comodo forums.
I have uninstalled 2.8.155286.178 and reinstalled 2.6.138262.166.
No BSOD at those sites listed above or any other website since I went back to the earlier version.

Just wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar problem with build 2.8.155286.178
