    Hi all,
I was scanning my pc with KAV 5 and found this file:

    C:\Documents and Settings\ACME\Configuración Local\Temp\zi0s.l20\Data/hack0852.zip/WWPACK32.PAK

KAV 5 keeps trying to scan or clean and time is taking about 15 mins. or so and KAV does nothing. So I thought how can I access to manually delete it. I´ve been looking through Total Commander search engine and can´t found it.

That path doesn´t apears using Total Commander... o_O

BTW kavsvc.exe process is not possible to kill... and makes my computer freezy and need to reboot, in this "resources compsumtion when scanning" KAV is to much heavy in MY PC!

    TIA.
    backfolder.-

PD: It identifies around 270 backdoors, trojans, etc, that TDS-3 didn´t found, clean only 5.

Be sure to send something to support@kaspersky.com

How about windows explorer? View hidden files? Can you see it then?

You could also try running Disk Cleanup and see if that gets rid of it.

    Thanks tazdevl as ever!
Yep, I need to proper configure Total Commander putting "Show hidden/system files" and there was. I´ve just deleted that file.
The other problem was I´ve started KAV5 inside Total Com. and the service was lost. It´s better to start KAV5 alone.
The medium-highly resources needed when scanning is still happen whenever you run KAV5.

    backfolder.- :D
