    Hello all,

I recently enabled SSL scanning in NOD32 and now I can't get thunderbird and firefox to update...I'm guessing that it has something to do with this setting since the thunderbird error, which comes up "AUS Update XML File Malformed 200".

The website for this error is here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/AUS Update XML File Malformed 200

and the first cause is because "Firefox can't access secure sites".

    any thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

yup, I disabled and it worked on both, then I re-enabled it and it said it had "problems adding the certificate to all my browsers" :(

running the latest versions of thunderbird 2.0.0.22 and firefox 3.5

hope you can help, thanks :)

the exact error message I now get is: "An attempt to add the root certificate to all known browsers on your computer failed."

any help would be greatly appreciated :)
