PROBLEM RUNNING RAS

    IN MY WINDOWSXP SP2 RAS not started.When I saw the RAS log file found that database init error.Also RAC installed on local machine not connecting the RAS getting error "conneting error".The log file attached herewith.Please help..............................:oops: :( o_O :'(
