problem restoring archives

    after i restore a archive.i get a message that i need to reactivate windows before i can continue.has eny one else had this problem...

    I do lots of restores from Archives and have never seen this. System should be the same as when you made the archive. Only thing I'd try is deleting the archive, and rebuilding it and trying again.

    Frankly, I never had any of the mentioned problems in this forum.
    Once I knew that defragmention and certain security softwares can be a pain for FDISR, I solved that problem once and for all, but that is a long time ago.
    Since then nothing happened anymore.
    nixie had the same problems after installing FDISR, now they are all gone.

    thanks for the reply's.in all the time i have used f.d.isr.ive never had this problem.i redid my archives and its still the same ill keep playing with it and see what i can do.thanks again.

    Did you do some heavy tweaking of Windows ?
    Or did you install new softwares, that might cause the problem ? FDISR, like any other software, has also its enemies in the software world.

    no.heavy tweaking or new software installe's.

    Since the problem is persistent, I suggest a reinstallation of FDISR without removing the snapshots and try again.
