I have tried to purchase The Process Guard using Visa card ,i have done everything corect and i have receieved an email from <sales@regsoft.com>... Here the troubles starts, i am waiting more than 24 hours and my order still have not been processed - i have sent 2 e-mails to unprocessed@regsoft.com <unprocessed@regsoft.com> as instructed in their first and only mail. No response yet.. I like Process Guard a lot but please help me BUY it ... I will be very hapy to recieve any respons from you on what to do now. -Sory for my bad English. Thank you for your help in advance. Order Date and Time: November 22, 2005 ..... No response from anybothy at that point...again PLEASE help me BUY Process Guard !
Hi, I emailed you about this, but for the benefit of other readers here is something VERY important to consider when purchasing online Do you use a PROXY ? Credit processing companies like RegSoft, and any other company worth using, will not proces a card if your IP address is in some foreign country, while that card's BILLING address is in the USA for example. Simple fraud protection, but it works. At least it cuts down fraud. If you contact them and allow them time to perform additional anti-fraud checking on the card, it will process. My best guess is an additional few days, but wait until you hear back from the vendor.

And then a second mail with the details for ProcessGuard Thank you once more...now its time for the the port explorer
