Problem Increasing Partition Size

So it seemed as though everything went well after a couple tries. but now my computer will not log onto windows. It went through all the processes before and now whenever I restart it stops at the windows log in screen, but does not show any users to log into. I am thinking that some of the windows files may have been deleted when I partitioned the disk, but is that possible? If anyone has any advice that would help a lot.
