Problem caused by trojan?

    When i click on a hyperlink in IE, the browser opens a blank window instead. Could this problem be caused by a trojan?
    It can't be spyware because i use Ad-adware to scan my computer regularly and no spyware has been found.

    Hi nadirah,

    Do you have an antivirus and/or an antitrojan software installed and if so, which ones and what shows up after performing a full system scan?

    In order to verify, please follow the guideliness as posted over here, and post the results.

    I'll close this one now to prevent duplication. The instructions posted by Paul above are more or less the same as in the other thread. You probably need to post a HijackThis log. You can do that in the other thread.
