    We are facing the following problem.

    We are using True Image to make backups of machine, before they ship to a customer.

    After un-installing True Image, all network setting are gone.

    The OS is Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6 (yes, I know).

    No setting can be made or altered.
    When True Image is re-installed everything is OK again.

    Is this problem solved in version 8.0?
    We buy approx. 50 licenses per year, so the boss wants to know wether this is solved.

    thanks.

    Hello --

    Could you please do the following?

    - Run "regedit" command;
    - Find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\parameters registry key;
    - Increase the IRPStackSize value or create it and set to 18, if it does not exist.

    This could help you to resolve the problem.

    Thank you.

    Still doesn't work.

    All entries in the network Services and Protocols stay empty.
    The services and protocols are running, but you can't add/edit these.
