problem after installing jap

    Hi

    Guys I need a bit of help here... I installed jap which provided me a proxy server server to hide my ip, but it made speed slow. So I decided to uninstall it, after uninstalling it I am not able to use my yahoo messenger and firefox.
    Although I have tried changing settings in ff like making the connection direct, but it didnt help. IE is working fine. I am not even able to download yahoo messenger.

    Is there a way to correct my problem.. I tried uninstalling ff and yahoo, but it didnt help :(
