Prevx2-updater eror ?

Hi, folks: Since updating to build 47, each time I run the update, a small window would indicate that an error occurred during the update process. ErrorcodeRSU0:3:7:0). I have sent a ticket to support, but still awaiting feedback. Anyone has a similar experience ?and why ?

 

Hi, folks: Problems has been solved after firewall configuration rules are modified. Still have not received any response from support yet, I guess they very likely never have received any messages from me due to this client to server connection problem, a bug perhaps? The lifeline is out of service once the connection between savior(support) and victim is completely out of order. Prevx needs to address this.
