Prevx1 & BOclean

    Hello Forum,
    I would like to add one of these programs to my security set-up Prevx1 or BOclean.Which one would complement my set-up.You can see my security set-up from my signature.

    Personally, I would go for BOClean. It detects pretty much all types of malware except for viruses, but that's what your AV's for.
    I've found it to have very good generic detection, especially for Trojan downloaders/zlobs. I've heard BOClean is very good at detecting rootkits aswell.

    id go for prevx1 since u already have ewido (plus), a good malware scanner.

    I agree; I didnt see that you had ewido, using ewido (realtime) and BOClean may conflict and would be overkill.

    Thanks Boys for your replys,I understand a little better now about these programs. I think I should be looking at Prevx1-Online Armour or PG, To add to my security set-up am I right.

    If you have a nat router forget even OA. You wont need it with Prevx1.

    I love BOClean. It's been one of my favourite apps for the last 3 years. You already have Ewido, and although i rate BOClean higher than Ewido i don't see it adding enough 'extra' security to your existing setup. Prevx1 would most definitely be the one to provide extra security to your existing setup. It would compliement what you already have extremely well.
