prevx update query .220?

    hi guys

    prevx updated itself to version 3.0.5.220 but i cant see any forum listings for this release.

    any ideas??

    or have i received a test build by mistake lol (i know the chances of that are non-existent but you never know)

    It's the latest build available for almost two months, see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=287539 , so I wonder why you got it so late.

    wow! it just auto updated yesterday night, how come i got it so late?

    It's possible that another application on your PC was blocking Prevx or you had blocked connectivity to the Prevx domains. Either way, protection comes from our central database so you were not missing on any background protection :)

    as you can see in my sig, prevx is the only security program i use so i dont know whats going on there.

    anyway i was never concerned, just confused.

    You also list VirtualBox in there - is your Prevx installation under VirtualBox or under another form of virtualization? This could potentially affect it, but either way, you're updated now :)

    prevx on real system, i only use virtualbox for naughty stuff. the only real time program i have is prevx
