Prevx SOL crashing Firefox

    FYI

    Many of my clients have been having issues with Firefox v14 failing to load. I have found that this is due to Prevx Safeonline.

    To fix, close Firefox, load Prevx, disable Safeonline. Start Firefox, it will go into Safe mode. Close Firefox, wait half a minute for the Firefox process to close, then start Firefox again. All should now be fine.
