I seem to be having a small issue:

    Prevx+SO v3.0.5.130, Win7 x64, Limited User Account. IE8 x64.

    When I launch IE8 x86, no problems.
When I launch IE8 x64 with Prevx enabled, the browser is slow to launch, shows a white window at first then slowly loads the browser.
If I disable Prevx and launch IE8 x64, it launches fast and normal.

    Please advise.

This would also be helpful to get a scan log for - if you could click Tools - Save Scan Results and send the log to report@prevxresearch.com, we should be able to fix the issue from there :)

    Thanks!

I'm unclear, this is something that can be fixed from the Prevx servers
Or, this is something that will have to be fixed in the next released version?

    Thanks.

Yes, it would be useful to get another log if possible. We can generally fix these issues from the Prevx servers directly, but if needed we may have to make a software update (although most issues are fixable through a scan log :))

    Sir Percy,

Did you send Joe your scan log too?

We definitely want this bug fixed in next release.

Could you please let me know what the version number is in the bottom left corner of Prevx? If you are using version 3.0.5.124, you may want to try upgrading to the newest release as we should have corrected the issue.

If not, please let me know and we'll investigate further.

    Thank you! :)

occuring on clean install of v3.0.5.130 as indicated at top of thread.
Verified on two PCs here. Both running Win7 Pro x64

click on IE8 x64 version of the browser. Browser slowly loads and the loading window is a full white rectangle with the Prevx icon showing. Wait 6 seconds and browser is fully up and running.

Disable Prevx, launch IE8 x64, window pops up fully ready near instantly.

    IE8 C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
    IE8 x64 C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe <---- this one
