Hi all How do I go about reporting a FP with PrevX (Enterprise) ? TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com) has been flagged as a FP for many months, but I overrode it in the Enterprise console. This weekend we moved servers, reinstalled, and of course all my clients now show as infected! I'll override it again, but it would be good to get this solved in the cloud. We have TeamViewer (MSI) installed on every client, as we have a TeamViewer Premium license. File c:\program files (x86)\teamviewer\version6\tv_x64.exe Do you disagree?
