Westcoast labs has no record of Prevx.
Is this an error on westcoast labs part?

Checkmark certification netted 0 results. Checkmark search obviously not up-to scratch.
    Thanks for the link trjam

As I stated in the other thread, Prevx is also not among the list of vendors here:
    http://www.westcoastlabs.com/checkmark/search/
The press release is back from February so it is possible Prevx is no longer certified at this time or they chose to stop letting Westcoast Labs test their product for some reason.

Prevx is still certified by WestCoast Labs or they would not be able to advertise the WCL logo and WCL would not have them scrolling across there home page! And don't forget that they have been certified as a Westcoast Labs Platinum partner!! If things changed we would be notified!

Mate, no offence, but we'd rather hear it from a Prevx employee as you and I are just both going off what we can see on the website. It doesn't matter if their logo is flashing up on the homepage- if it isn't in the certification part of the website then for all we know that could mean they just haven't had time to update their website recently and Prevx is no longer being certified.

true Baz, what I find odd is Joe has popped in here 2 or 3 times today, replied to one thread and had to have seen this one. Nothing. Silence in this case isnt good.

just tried and calls get forwarded to a shore-tell messaging system. Whatever that is. I tried 3 different prompts and got the same thing. Considering the time of day in CA, maybe West Coast Labs is the issue.o_O

Quite frankly, i don't give a monkeys if it's certified or not :p But i agree, if it isn't they shouldn't be showing it as if they are :D

I'm also puzzled as to the non conformation, one way or the other, by you know who ;)

Funny though, I did believe Joe was sincere, when he said nothing would change.

Just goes to show how wrong I was:eek:

Yeah, he knew .219 is going to be last build , there is no new beta for a a very long time and that is just sick and unblvbl
Next Prevx release will be "silver-lighted" , gonna weight a tone and require reboot after installation :D

I'm not sure why we aren't listed on WestCoastLabs, but I'd tend to think it is because of the merger with Webroot (as they are listed as a Platinum Certification holder as well).

Also, the random guessing at some major change is completely inaccurate - I was merely out of the office today and didn't have enough connectivity to get onto Wilders. There is no conspiracy that I'm suddenly not supporting the software and that .219 is the last build. To ensure that everyone doesn't assume our software is gone, I'll let you know that I'm going to be traveling at the end of this week as well so I may not respond as immediately - should I include a daily calendar as well? :p

Even when the Prevx certification was originally announced, I noticed that Prevx wasn't listed on the WestCoastLabs website, and a search brought up nothing if you didn't already know the link.

I therefore think it has nothing to do with the Webroot acquisition but is rather just a mistake by WestCoastLabs. It looks to me as though they simply forgot to update their website to include the Prevx certification.

I am really curious from where originates your distrust towards Joe. Have you ever had problems with his unwillingness to respond your queries. Certainly not, so please take it easy a bit. He deserves to be treated in much kinder fashion than some of you showed here. If you are having problems with Prevx itself (recent buzz about the merge with Webroot or whatever you think next), nothing simpler than to throw Prevx out of your ship.
I just utilized freedom of speech :D
