Im looking for new antivirus solution in my company, and i whish to have a chance to test full version of prevx for few days before i decide buying it. Is there any possibility to get short trial version just for tests?
message to prevx help please: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/member.php?u=87864 i think this is a great tool, needs not much ram and cpu. support is great and the detection also. they assist if you have malware problems, and can clean it per remot if you want. happy testing.
I have problem with sending private messages, probably becouse of low posts number but im not sure about that, i get this "The private messaging system is currently unavailable." i heared many good things about prevx thats why im here.
i think he will be online today and see this topic perhaps you can also try this mail adress. report@prevxresearch.com
The full version of Prevx will function exactly the same as the evaluation version in terms of overhead and compatibility with other products on your PC. You can run tests with EICAR or a few "Trojan Simulator" tools which will demonstrate the blocking capabilities of Prevx and cleanup which is offered for free for adware infections. SafeOnline can be evaluated on websites like Paypal.com and Prevx.com, both of which are protected for free with full functionality. Let me know if you have any other questions
I was just testing prevx from facebook and i have conflict with emsisoft anti-malware (paid version). When i use prevx + emsisoft chrome beta cant load any websites. When i disable prevx protection it works fine, and when i disable emsisoft protection i have no problem either ... problem apears when i use both and chrome not only doesnt load the pages but it crashes very often.
you have emsi 5.0? can you tell us the prevx you are using? next time make an scan, right klick the prevx symbol in the tray, safe log and send this to the mail i posted report@prevxresearch.com** you can tell there your problem and send the topic url
prevx can use the scan file to find any problems between prevx emsi or/and crome and they can fix it. please send the log.
ok i just emailed scan log ... i noticed one more thing, there is problem not only with chrome beta but with stable version too ;/
Hi can you give us more details as to what versions of Chrome you are using and to your OS and if you are using 32bit or 64bit? I know that they will get it in the log and hopefully they can fix it at there end but for us to know! TIA, TH
sure, here it goes: emsisoft 5.0.0.50 and prevx 3.0.5.143 - 3.0.5.157 (tested both) Lenovo IdeaPad Y530 with t4200 CPU windows 7 hp 32bit (Polish language) tested chrome stable 4.1.249.1064, chrome beta 5.0.375.55, few nightly builds and ChromePlus - same issue on every version based on chromium engine
What seems to be the problem the tab placement? If that is it just make the widow smaller and open the tab and then you can drag the tab window to where you want it! If not we wait to here what your problem is! The browsers that are supported are: TH
I've already told what is my problem when i use prevx protection and emsisoft protection together i cant open any website, even google on stable chrome there is just blank white screen standing still instead of website , on chromeplus it ask me once for a while if i still want to wait or close the tab ... it looks like all chrome internet traffic was blocked, the funny thing is that SafeOnline bar looks green and it even shows IP Verified, but there is no page loaded at all when i disable prevx protection and keep emsisoft protection running i have no problem, when i keep prevx protection on and disable emsisoft protection there is no problem either ... but when i use them togheter i cant load any website ... there is definitly some kind of conflict betwen those two, but i have now idea which one is cousing it ;/
Well hopefully Joe (PrevxHelp) will look at your log and be able to fix things at his end or more testing of emsisoft Anti-Malware 5.0 and PSO will have to be done in the lab! TH EDIT: Do you have the same problem with IE8? Also do you use Firefox or Opera and if you do is the problems there?
