For certain users running Windows XP SP2 they have experienced some issues connecting back to our DFS cluster, and are having 20-30 second wait times, and sometimes timing out when trying to save to the network drive with 4.0.424

Here are my exceptions I have. I excluded some software specific ones we run here. Am I missing something? Do I need to add exceptions via unc path for users having issues?

Is scanning of network drives disabled on the clients?
