I have a hard drive image of a Windows 7 installation on a magnetic drive that was made with the free version of Backup & Recovery 14. Is it possible to restore this backup image file to a new solid state drive (SSD) using Paragon Migrate OS to SSD? The Windows 7 image would not require any reduction in size to fit on the SSD, if that makes a difference. If not, is there a way to restore the image file to the SSD and have it work correctly, or is this is a situation where I will need to do a clean install of Windows 7 on the SSD?
"Migrate OS to SSD" can't restore from the image. You can restore the image on the SSD with the same "Backup & Recovery 14".
