Possible bug

    Hi.
    Been testing ESS v.4 beta. Whats been happening is when I boot up, for about 10 minutes, on average, it claims the antivirus and antispyware protection is disabled. I'm not sure why, I never disabled it and I know it has nothing to do with updates or startup scans, because those are long done before this fixes itself. So yes, after about 10 minutes, it seemingly will randomly decide that its enabled. Not positive if its a bug or not. I'l post some screen shots.

    After about 10 minutes, decides its enabled.
