Port Explorer information on the web in Deutsch, Nederlands, and Italiano

Some of the very generous people who translated Port Explorer's dynamic language strings into other languages have just recently also translated a simple webpage for us which helps explain what Port Explorer is, in their own language. This will help to allow more people around the world to firstly find and secondly take advantage of the power of Port Explorer on their system even if English isn't one of their strong-points
