    Perhaps because it's never been the leading cause of malware infection since the first place. :rolleyes:

    Whether it is number one or not, it is one of the main malware vectors. The pyschological state it puts the viewer in is very conductive to clicking on links without asking questions and not paying attention to something funny happening to the computer.
