Just purchased, at about 50% install progress, aborts with the message "Error 2902.Operation ixoFileCopy called out of sequence" after which the install rolls back. Has anyone seen this and how to resolve?

    Please try the following:
    1) re-load installation package

    2) disable UAC:
    in Win7:
    * Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Account.
    * Click on User Account Control settings link.
    * Slide the slider bar to the lowest value (towards Never Notify), with description showing Never notify me.
    * Click OK to make the change effective.
    * Restart the computer to turn off User Access Control.

    in Win Vista
    # Open Control Panel.
    # Under User Account and Family settings click on the "Add or remove user account".
    # Click on one of the user accounts, for example you can use the Guest account.
    # Under the user account click on the "Go to the main User Account page" link.
    # Under "Make changes to your user account" click on the "Change security settings" link.
    # In the "Turn on User Account Control (UAC) to make your computer more secure" click to unselect the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer". Click on the Ok button.
    # You will be prompted to reboot your computer. Do so when ready.
In order to re-enable UAC just select the above checkbox and reboot.

    3) disable antivirus or similar software
    4) check for updates available for MS Installer

    Then run installation again.
