I have a CMS Peripherals Back UP system. I had removed the BounceBack software to check out a problem with a Security program. In the meantime I downloaded SP2. Now when I tried to reinstall the BounceBack software it said it couldn't find a Plug and Play driver. I haven't removed any drivers and I don't know what I need to do. Does anyone have any ideas.

    Hi William

Did you try calling CMS. They should be able to help you on this.

Could Process Guard stop a driver install even if it is disabled and closed?

I managed to get the old ABS Plus software loaded and I ran a backup. I formated the backup drive first. I think this may be the way I will have to do it from now on.
