Re: Please view my HijackThis log. also HELP!

Can someone tell me how to fix these issues? I'd greatly appreciate it!!

When I try to end the process or end the task I get a message stating that I'm "unable to terminate process; access is denied" so now do I go ahead with your directions, skipping the first step or... what? I also tried this on the user account I created 3 days ago (see below) and it would only terminate the WToolsA.exe process, it wouldn't terminate the WSup.exe process.

I am the only user on my computer so I am the computer/system administrator and just recently I have been denied access like if I need to change something I get an error message stating "access denied, please contact you system administrator"! I double checked and sure enough my user account says administrator. But I created a new user account as an administrator and when using this user account I have full access to everything! It is as if there is a phantom administrator! I have done several virus scans so I do not think I have a virus. So what can I do to stop this? This is very strange...... Help!

Another thing, I tried to delete panicware pop up blocker and deleted video pop-up blocker and all of the sudden I had tons of rampaging pop-ups they would not stop, my screen was just flashing while my taskbar filled up with IE program tasks. I kept pressing ctrl, alt, delete and nothing happened, I had to manually shut down my PC by holding down the power button. I had to restart my computer 4 times like that before I could gain control. I disabled my cable modem and enabled the internet lock on zone alarm and ran a spyware/adware check then deleted and quarantined some spy/adware and thankfully the rampaging pop-ups stopped. So my question is what causes this?

    Thanks.
    ~Jen~
